When insight is not enough, and something still feels stuck
Most people who come to therapy aren't short on insight. They understand their patterns. They've read the books. They can name what's happening, sometimes in clinical language they picked up the last time they tried this. And still, something isn't shifting. Sound familiar?
That's because the part of you holding the old story isn't primarily a thinking part. It lives in your body, your nervous system, the automatic ways you respond before your rational mind catches up. You can know something with absolute clarity and still find yourself doing the thing you said you wouldn't do, again, before you'd even noticed deciding.
How I work
The work is collaborative. The pace is set by what's actually useful, not by a treatment plan or a rush to feel better. Together we look at what you do, why it once made sense, and what it might look like to do something different.
Whether we're working individually or as a couple, the goal isn't to fix you. The parts of you that feel broken are usually the parts that worked hardest to keep you safe. They don't need to be fixed. They need to be understood, and updated, and given different work to do.

Trauma Informed & EMDR Therapy
Some experiences don't stay in the past. They show up in how you sleep, how you react, how close you'll let yourself get to people. EMDR and trauma-informed therapy work with the part of you that's still responding to something that already happened, so you don't have to keep managing it alone.

Relational Support for Partners in Life & Work
Building something together, a business, a life, a family, is one of the more quietly demanding things two people can do. When the personal and professional blur, so do the roles. This work is for partners who want to stay connected to each other while navigating everything they've built together.

Start with a free conversation.
A fifteen-minute call is a chance to ask questions, hear how the work goes, and figure out whether we're a good fit. No commitment, just a conversation.
